How much does lawn care cost?
Pricing depends on lot size, frequency, and the services you need. We always provide a free, no-pressure quote before any work begins.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Sioux Falls and the surrounding South Dakota communities — including Brandon, Harrisburg, Tea, Hartford, Crooks, and Dell Rapids. Not sure if you're in our area? Just give us a call.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No contracts required. We earn your business one visit at a time. You can pause, cancel, or change your service schedule any time. Although we do have contracts available for clients who prefer long term commitment.
What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?
If weather makes service unsafe or impractical, we'll reschedule for the next available day and let you know in advance — no extra charge.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — Kerwin Property Maintenance is fully insured and locally operated, so your property is protected on every visit.
